If you're working at 102° / 38.8°C, 16-20 Minutes should work fine. I have not tried these, but here's a good starting point with other first developers. For HC-110, use dilution H. For Rodinol, use 1+35. Temps and times should remain the same] Remove film from tank and reel and expose to bright light source, best to use sunlight, for at least a minute or so. Make sure to shine light on both sides of your film just to be double sure. Load film back onto spool and proceed with development. [Make sure to thoroughly wash the developer off as any remaining developer will begin to activate re-exposed emulsion during this step. Do your best to avoid fingerprints or crumpling of the film as this will affect further development steps. Make sure to load your film back onto your reels with the emulsion side down, like it was when you took it off the reels.] C-41 Developer @ 100­°F / 37.7°C for 3:30 - Inversion agitation every 30 seconds [I'm using Fuji's press kit so the temp is 100° rather than 102°.
