After roasting cool it completely. After cooling the mixture add in mixer jar and grind it well. After grinding add Milk Powder, Onion Powder, Ginger Powder, Chaat Masala, Kitchen King Masala, Salt and Dry Green Chiili Powder. Now grind it again. White gravy premix is ready. You can store in air tight container or in zip lock bag. It stays fresh in a refrigerator for 6 months and 3 months at room temperature. 1) Malai Kofta Recipe From White Premix:- Ingredients: ½ White Gravy Premix 2 Cups Milk ½ Cup Single Cream 1 tsp Chaat Masala 1/8 tsp Nutmeg Powder 1/8 tsp Green Chilli Powder Salt to taste Method: Take white gravy premix and milk in mixture Jar and grind it well. Now take mixture in pan and add cream, Chaat Masala, Nutmeg Powder. Green Chilli Powder. Salt to taste. Now cook it for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes mmalai kofta gravy is ready. For Kofta:- 200 gms Grated Mawa/Khoya 50 gms Paneer 2 tbsp Cashew, Kismis 1 tsp Chaat Masala 1/8 tsp green Chilli Paste 1/8 tsp Kesar Colour Salt to taste Mix all ingredients well and make balls from it. 4 Boiled Potatoes 3 tbsp Fresh Bread Crumbs 1 tsp Chaat Masala Salt to taste Method: Mix all ingredients well and make balls from it. After making potato balls stuff mawa balls in it and prepare kofta as shown in video. Now fry kofta till golden colour in oil. Serve Malai Kofta Subji as shown in video. 2) Paneer KaliMirch:- Ingredients: ½ White Gravy Premix 2 Cups Milk 1 Cup Onion 200 gms Paneer ½ tsp Garam Masala ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder 2 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Black Pepper 1 tsp sugar Salt to taste Method: Take white gravy premix and milk in mixture Jar and grind it well. Now take oil in pan and add onion and salt and cook for ½ minute. After ½ minute add paneer in it and mix well. Remove this mixture in bowl. Then add prepared mixture in pan and add black pepper and turmeric and cook for while. Now add garam masala and cook for while. If you like you can add sugar and all sautéed vegetables in gravy and cook for ½ minute.
