We pulled Dad's smoker out of the shed and cranked it up to cook an amazing Smoked Pork Shoulder for Sunday dinner. Ended up being about a 9hr cook and it was absolutely delicious. Nothing beats cooking low and slow in the smoker! Headed out for another dive as well but unfortunately no dive buddies were available so with Dad as deckie, I jumped over solo. Got down on some lovely ground and managed to get my bag limit however there were lots that were just undersize. Hopefully the whites will be in soon.
