Just like their Friday nights, their music can find it’s home in a bar just as well as a living room. Bandmates Rachel, Jonny, and Kelly began writing in a cramped, tiny music bedroom on an out-of-tune piano and acoustic guitars, with an appropriately cheap bottle of wine. Don't worry, they've stayed true to their roots. Set to release in spring of 2018, Cedar House's EP Let You Down is the first of a two part project recorded in Norman, OK. Crafted in an unlikely shared office space and guitar pedal workshop in the middle of the city, their songs sound like the smell of bonfire, warm whiskey, and just a touch of southern charm. At its core, Let You Down is a heartfelt collaboration of songs that are both unassuming and deeply personal. In support of Let You Down, Cedar House is hitting the pavement of America’s endless interstates. They plan to release their second EP later in 2018.
