Zelleta is a progesterone only pill. It only uses this one type of hormone and so it can be suitable for those sensitive to oestrogen. When used correctly it can offer over 99% effective protection from pregnancy. You take your Zelleta pill each day and should try to do this at the same time, but you do have a 12 hour window in case you forget to take it.
