We hunt moose here in Alaska to provide our families with wild-caught, free-range, organic goodness. This hunt was probably the most brutal one I have been on. It just did not stop raining, and harvesting a moose in the swamp is no easy task. In this video, I take you through the whole journey of the hunt and follow through with showing you our complete processing of the animal. We built these 14' mini (not-so-mini) jet boats. We don't have plans for them; they are our design from the bottom up. Currently, I am right in the middle of a run of my Alaskan Hunter knives.
