Cut it into half. Boil it in a pressure cooker with little amount of water (1 whistle). Now soak mustard seeds in water( 20 mins) Strain it and add into a mixer grinder, add 3-4 garlic pods, 2-3 green chilies and little amount of water to make a paste. Strain the boiled beans into a bowl, add grinded paste , 1 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste, mustard oil.
