Always remember in any kind of warrior and Trikonasana , your back foot is your foundation. The more you press through the outer arch of your book foot, the better you will be able to hold the asana. The easiest transition Is from Warrior 2 or any kind of lunge. A wall can be an excellent prop to use in the beginning. It gives an idea of how low you can reach with your front arm and prevents your chest rolling/facing down. Make sure you don’t lose the contact between your back and the wall throughout.
