When we allow our anger and defences to surface, we are not dealing with the problems and challenges squarely. Our anger will cloud us from seeing the issues and problems objectively. Shouting and screaming is worse because it means no one is listening, including ourselves. Anger is used as a weapon to silence the mouths of our opponents, but we cannot silence their hearts because they have not been won over.
