It seems like no matter what industry you're in, we're all feeling the weight of work stress, are completely burnt out and trying to answer the question "WHAT'S NEXT???" For the first time in my career, I’m actively exploring that question. In this update, I share what it’s been like connecting with a recruiter, working with a career coach, and finally updating my LinkedIn profile. I know I focused a lot on the LinkedIn Headline - but it really did give me so much clarity once I sat down and really thought about it. Maybe the Linkedin Headline (what do you do, who do you help, how do you help) is the new "what's your why". I'd also 10/10 recommend looking into a career coach. I've been interested in getting a career coach for many years, and finally pulled the trigger. After building independently for over a decade, I’m seeking stability, scale, and collaboration.
