A dalit man was beaten up by a mob for allegedly touching a two-wheeler belonging to an upper-caste person. The incident took place in Karnataka's Vijaypura area. A video of the incident was shared on Social media which showed the man pinned to the ground and mob beating him with sticks and shoes. The visuals show that the man is half-naked and is being dragged. A person kicks him in the back while several others stand and watch surrounding his. As per the video, the men are standing very close to each other which is also a violation of social distancing norm.
