I wanted to challenge myself to train using only resistance bands for one month…I wasn’t sure if there would be results that show from doing this, as I usually train using multiple pieces of equipment, and not just bands. To best test this out, I get 2 sets of resistance bands to make sure I have enough resistance for the larger muscle groups. I made sure to work each muscle group at least once per week.
