Subscribe here: 👉 / @homeandbeyond11� 🥣 FULL RECIPE Ingredients: 6 small boneless chicken fillets 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste) 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp butter (divided) 1 small onion (finely chopped or paste) 3 cloves garlic (crushed) 1 cup sliced mushrooms 2 cups fresh spinach 1 cup heavy cream 1½ cups mozzarella cheese ½ tsp chili flakes ¼ tsp oregano Instructions: In a bowl, mix paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder and olive oil. Add chicken fillets and marinate for at least 1 hour. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and sear chicken from both sides until golden. Remove and set aside. In another pan, melt 2 tbsp butter. Add onion (or onion paste) and sauté 1–2 minutes. Add crushed garlic and cook until fragrant. If needed, drizzle a little olive oil. Add mushrooms and cook until soft. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Add salt, black pepper, chili flakes and oregano. Mix well. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thick. Add some mozzarella and mix until creamy. In a baking dish, spread sauce, place chicken on top, add more sauce over fillets, sprinkle mozzarella and finish with chili flakes.
