👖 Support Charity Pants! 👖   / charitypants   Family Rescue Center https://www.rescatefamilycenter.org/ Founded as Rescate in 1998 as a ministry of Canoga Park Presbyterian Church, Family Rescue Center became an independent 501 (c) 3 non-profit in 2003. Partnering with West San Fernando Valley Food Pantry since 2001, they provide most of our non-perishable food as sourced though the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, food purchases, and donated food. Eligibility for Family Rescue Center's services is solely based on lack of sufficient income. FRC holds various events throughout the year to support families during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Back To School seasons. All donations are in new condition and in order to receive Back To School items, parents must meet a certain low income level and have their kids registered in school. There are always opportunities to volunteer and get involved with FRC or in your own community!
