A Dream Is The Deepest Hope In Me... I wrote this during a time where I was trying to understand why my dreams affect me so much. I had a dream where I met my daughter. I don’t know if it means anything literally, but I woke up with a feeling I couldn’t shake. I saw myself older, surrounded by people, friends and family together. Cooking outside, talking, creating things, teaching what I’ve learned about dreams and the mind. It felt peaceful. Since then waking life sometimes feels like I’m slowly walking toward a place I already visited internally. Not prediction, just recognition. I think of myself as a quiet Oneironaut, someone trying to move between the inner world and ordinary life without getting lost in either. Dreaming isn’t an escape for me. It’s how I stay connected to myself, but it can feel heavy because it doesn’t feel only personal. Sometimes it feels like I’m touching something shared, like fragments of a collective unconscious, and I don’t always know how to carry that while still living normally. I don’t fully understand my consciousness yet. I’m just trying to keep going until I reach a place where my mind can finally rest and I can live simply and peacefully with others.
