Quantum Error Correction? Quantum error correction (QEC) is used in quantum computing to protect quantum information from errors due to decoherence and other quantum noise. We all know, Quantum error correction protocols will play a central role in the realization of quantum computing; the choice of error correction code will influence the full quantum computing stack, from the layout of qubits at the physical level to gate compilation strategies at the software level. So here is an interesting series which we at QuantumGrad are going to introduce with Kishor Bharti who is Lead Scientist (Quantum Learning Theory Group) at A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research, Singapore. This session will continue for 6 weeks with one weekly session on every Tuesday, hosted over zoom at 8: 30 PM SGT (GMT+8) We are beginning on 7th March 2023.
