Welcome to Dieselland Academy. This training series is designed to teach correct diesel injector repair using tested methods and professional Dieselland-Equipment tools. We will be showing you things from how to diagnose a common-rail injector in Dieselland-Equipment test benches to complex grinding processes. Dieselland was founded in the mid-90s of the last century, and for more than 30 years of work we have developed and created a wide range of machines and tools for repairing diesel injectors and pumps.. Our successful diesel workshop complements our developing process so we can meet new problems first hand. In this part, we take a closer look at Delphi injectors. Before coding them, we must first calibrate the test bench. We will guide you step by step through the calibration process using the Delphi EJBR01001A injector from the F20 family as an example.
