Replace reports and data providers on import: If the Migration Key matches between the items in the import file and the reporting content on the target server, Clarity will replace existing reports/data providers. If Clarity does not find a matching Migration Key, it will create new reports/data providers on the target server. Publish the report after import: The Import wizard now includes the Publish report after import option. If users select this option, Clarity will publish the report after the import process is complete. Support for Export and Import of Images: Clarity now allows you to export and import custom images that are added to reports by using the image widget. The report import file can be up to 50MB and is configured by using the Maximum reporting package import file size setting. Enhanced Manifest File: The manifest includes names of reports, data providers, and images in the export package. Administrators can use it to verify report content before importing it into Clarity. Enhanced Error Reporting: If Clarity encounters an issue during import, it will generate a CSV error file. Export Queries and Metadata: Clarity also exports the Data provider query attribute metadata information in the report migration package. They include attribute labels, tooltips, and associated lookups.
