T137 HRV - Car driver does not indicate once & threatens and intimidates a motorcyclist (little me) and will not let me get past to safety or head home by swerving and cutting me off & using his car as a weapon to keep me behind him at all times, he keeps swerving and braking to scare and intimidate me and to cause an accident. When I do stay well back and I am obviously not chasing him or even trying to filter past his vehicle any longer, the driver stops abruptly at a green light with absolutely no traffic ahead of him and then gets out of his car to intimidate / assault me directly outside a busy nightclub (The Aquarium) and with a busy pub opposite (maybe he wanted a bigger audience to hear him shouting "Do you think I'm scared of your fucking camera") so he seemed like a big strong man and would impress all the bystanders with his loud voice and silly scarf. Unfortunately he gets knocked onto his arse - over the traffic bollard - in front of all the people he was trying to impress when he sticks his car key near to my face when he was trying to approach me sitting on my bike with both my hands on the handlebars. He then has to save face and reassess his huge ego and dives back into the car to call the Police when he realises it was his 2 tonne car I was afraid of ramming me and not himself, as he was a stupid pathetic little runt of a prick he lost all courage when he saw I was a lot bigger than him (width not height). His entire pathetic phonecall to the Police is also recorded and proves what a compulsive liar and complete idiot this guy is. Note to the driver - Just because the camera does not have a flashing red light, it doesn't mean it's off. Proof is now on this YouTube channel you complete and utter idiot. 3 plain clothes Police Detectives arrive in an unmarked car with their sirens blaring and lights flashing (they could be elsewhere saving someones life or investigating a real crime) & interview us both, the driver puts on a scared victim act initially and then starts being all jokey and friendly with the Detective Sergeant putting his arm around him ( on video which I may add later on) and only drops the assault allegation when I reiterate that's it's all recorded in HD and will be put on YouTube, oh how magnanimous he is for dropping the assault allegation once he realises the Police will have to watch the video if I am arrested........ Alas the audio on the Drift HD camera can't be heard on the busy road by the Sergeant (I should have sat in their car to show them!) so the driver was not charged with making threats to kill and the dangerous driving was ignored as he said he was 'not here to investigate a traffic offence that's for someone else to look at".... Marvelous attitude Mr Detective Sargent.... "There are threats to kill on this recording and I acted in self defence" Please ask the driver why he swerved to knock me off my bike more than once and also stopped his car on a clear stretch of road, to then get out of his 'place of safety' to approach me holding his car key in his hand shouting he is not scared of my fucking camera" " What am I meant to do, stay on my bike waiting to get punched off of it?" "If he was truly scared of being attacked by me as he now claims - why didn't he either stay in his car at all times & call you from his car, or just keep driving onwards and call you or just pull over in front of witnesses and stay in the car to call the Police?" Doesn't make sense now does it? What a complete idiot and a compulsive liar. I think he should be charged with wasting Police time at the very least. Lastly, the police officer in charge said I should shake the Golf drivers hand and thank him for dropping the allegation as I could have "easily been arrested and spend the night in the cells", I said "that's great as you can then watch and listen to the video", but, I accepted this to smooth the whole thing over and put it behind me and approached the driver, to then have to listen to him shouting really loudly "Get him away from me, get him away from me, no, no, no I'm not shaking his hand, he assaulted me" so that is why this video is STAYING on YouTube forever and ever and ever Ginger man with a loud annoying voice. I am also disgusted at the way the Police handled this incident and have let them know via a phoncall that the video is here for them to actually watch if they can be bothered. Let's see what happens now the evidence is here forever Mr T137 HRV. Oh, it's also a very shitty car that needs 2 indicator bulbs and a rear light replaced.
