Crispy Chicken Sticks Recipe 🍢 These crispy chicken sticks are easy to make, delicious, and perfect for snacks or Iftar. They are crispy outside and juicy inside, just like restaurant-style chicken sticks. ⸻ Ingredients: • Boneless chicken – 250g • Cornflour – 4 tablespoons • Tikka masala – 1 teaspoon • Red chilli powder – 1 tablespoon • Black pepper – ½ teaspoon • Salt – to taste • Soya sauce – 1 tablespoon • Chilli sauce – 1 tablespoon • Oyster sauce – 1 tablespoon • Eggs – 2 • Ginger garlic paste – ½ tablespoon • Capsicum – diced • Carrot – diced • Onion – diced • Oil – for frying • Skewers (sticks) ⸻ Instructions: 1. In a bowl, add eggs and cornflour. 2. Add tikka masala, red chilli powder, black pepper, salt, and ginger garlic paste. 3. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, and oyster sauce. 4. Whisk everything well until smooth and no lumps remain. 5. Add diced vegetables and boneless chicken. 6. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated with the marinade. 7. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. 8. Heat oil in a deep pan. 9. Deep fry the chicken sticks on medium heat until golden and crispy.
