The Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk is one of Sydney’s most iconic walks, taking in beautiful beaches, cliff tops, stunning landscapes, and great cafes along the way. The six km walk takes two to three hours, depending on how often you stop, but you can also allow a full day to do the walk and enjoy a swim or surfing at each of the beaches en route. Not only the walk is very relaxing, particularly in the early hours of the morning or at the sunset but it also is a paradise for the many joggers at any other time of the day. In the winter months, this is a great vantage point to spot humpback whales making the annual migration along the coast. The end point of the walk is at the popular Coogee Beach, a true gem protected from ocean swells by nearby Wedding Cake Island. Coogee Beach is a perennial favourite with families and holidaymakers. You will love the calm surf, natural rock pools and parkland for picnics and BBQs.
