This video is part 5 in this series of a build of a 3D printed Classified Cobra HISS Tank. In this video, I will show the rear and front axles of the Cobra HISS Tank. ** I am currently printing out the rear section of the tracks of the HISS Tank,, and then I will print out the front part of the tracks to the HISS Tank. Note: I will probably have enough wastes and filament scraps to send to Printerior Designs after about 2 more full containers that I am collecting right now. (got to find some way of preventing the 2 spoiled rotten cats from getting into it. When I get ready to ship, I will pack it all up that way.) Other projects that planning to be 3D Printed are the G.I. Joe version is the Tiger Rat, along with possibly my old F14 squadron, VF24 Fighting Renegades, the Cobra Fang, G.I. Joe Skyhawk, Cobra HISS Tank(different color versions coming as soon as I can get the filament, and the time to do it.), (and the G.I. Joe version of the HISS Tank, the Chimera), as well as the USS Flagg, and the Cobra equivalent of the USS Flagg, as well as other ones that I will get from S3DToys.com , and other Etsy sellers of the G.I. Joe and Cobra vehicle lines, that I will note in this video to give them proper credit, because, I believe in rewarding talent. The credit for this tank goes to Jeffrey Woodward for his contribution. I also got the Cobra Fang, G.I. Joe Skyhawk, the Zartan swamp skier, and this Cobra HISS tank from his Etsy shop. I plan on getting more from him eventually. This will also be remote controlled and have an FPV (First Person view) camera in this build. I will have to decide how to put it in this tank, with either the total bottom half where the tracks are, or maybe do the 2 halves and put it together that way, with an access panel for the battery. I want to also make the turret rotate, and the windshield to raise and lower. I just wonder if Hasbro is watching these series of videos, and maybe learning how to mass produce these? LOL :) This Cobra HISS Tank has at least 7 to 9 different versions of it in the G.I. Joe line, and among these, are the Septic Tank and Arctic Tank versions. The different variations of this can be found at this link at: https://www.yojoe.com/vehicles/83/hiss/ *Opinion: As I mentioned in this video, there is other alternatives to recycling the 3D printer filament waste, and this is one of them, aside from having to spend up to, or over $8,000 or $9,000. or more for a machine that either could work, or not, and then there is the fact that it has to be just the right consistency to make it work, and be able to be of quality, when you recycle it, then the possibility that it could or could not work in any 3D printer, that could cause a few things like extrusion issues, possible nozzle clogs, and others things, like a poor consistency print. Too much time and money could be wasted on it, just to try and keep the waste out of the local landfills. I am not going to say that recycled filament is better than regular filament, but, once I start using recycled filament, I will let you all know, especially when I order it from the place where I am sending my waste filament to.
