Plastids are pigmented organelles found in plant and algae. It includes chloroplast, leucoplast and chromoplast. The detailed classification of plastids are studied in this lecture. How they are used to store carbs, protein and lipids and what type of plastids are used in is a part of this lecture. The comprehensive structure and functions of chloroplast has been studied in this videos that would definitely helpful for students to learn the basic concepts. Chlorophyll is a main photosynthetic pigment which present in chloroplast after watching this video you will come to know the exact location and functions of chlorophyll in chloroplast.
