Installing Spiral Stairs into the Abandoned Coach House (3/4)

Absolutely buzzing to be installing these spiral stairs into the Coach House / Industrial Barn Conversion and so glad I can share the install with you. Jules & Jordan very kindly lending a hand to build it. The stairs have been very challenging to install but made easier with advice from my brother-in-law. The cast iron beauty has come out of an old iron foundry in Leeds so it suits Round Corner to a tee. The finished staircase look delicate & industrial, well designed, their ratio of form and function is fitting. The installation is really a DIY blacksmith install, I'm having to use lots of new to me techniques such as riveting the balustrades & using a gas axe (oxy-acetlyene) for heating the metal. I wonder how old these spiral stairs are? Thanks for watching! Max
