Tyler is known for it's crazy Rose Festival, where folks gather every year to see the extravagant dresses of the Rose court and watch as the Queen of the Texas Rose Festival is crowned. It's that Texas kind of crazy that folks just can't get enough of! The Tyler Rose Museum is a great place to learn more about this famous festival and see the dresses of years past, with their intricate details and 15-foot-long trains! And speaking of roses, there's no better place to stop and smell the roses than at Tyler's Municipal Rose Garden Center, where there are over 30,000 red, pink and yellow blooms!
