Return To The Deadlines! Huntington & Russel 2 Years Later! Hundreds Of Stored/Wrecked Locomotives!

Today we embark upon a great mission; the long awaited return to the massive yards and facilities in Huntington, Wv & Russel, Ky. My last visit in November of 2021 is one of my most viewed videos on the channel, so the choice was made to come and see the difference. We visit the Huntington Rebuild Shops, finding a massive array of stored locomotives alongside several rebuilt Macs and wrecked locomotives. We then venture across the river to Russel and view the yard, observe ripped up trackage and take a look at the Progress Rail (PRLX) facility, crammed with sold locomotives and the remnants of the 4600 series. We also catch a little action on west end of the Big Sandy and check out some preserved steam locomotives, all in this action packed video!
