Die Sammlung des Brahms-Instituts an der Musikhochschule Lübeck (MHL) auf einen Blick: Präsentation der digitalen Bestandsdatenbank des Brahms-Instituts vom 1. Juli 2020, 18 Uhr mit Grußworten von Prof. Rico Gubler (MHL-Präsident, 00:08) und Dr. Oliver Grundei (Staatssekretär für Wissenschaft und Kultur des Landes Schleswig-Holstein, 03:12), Projektpräsentation mit Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Sandberger (Leiter des Brahms-Instituts an der MHL, 10:16 und 34:42) und Dr. Fabian Bergener (Projektmitarbeiter, 23:18) sowie Musik von Johannes Brahms und Theodor Fürchtegott Kirchner, gespielt von den Professoren Konrad Elser (Klavier, 04:30) und Ulf Tischbirek (Violoncello, 20:33 und 37:58). Mehr als 12.600 Handschriften, Drucke, Fotografien, Programmzettel und einzigartige Memorabilien der Sammlung sind erstmals in einem zentralen Findbuch zusammengeführt und ab dem 1. Juli 2020 online einzusehen unter www.brahms-institut.de. Finanziert durch Mittel des Landes Schleswig-Holstein. ENGLISH The Brahms Institute at the University of Music Lübeck presents its digital inventory database on the 1st of July 2020 starting at 6 pm and the programme looks as follows: welcoming speech by Prof. Rico Gubler (President of the MHL, 00:08) / welcoming speech by Dr. Oliver Grundei (State Secretary for Science and Culture of Schleswig-Holstein, 03:12) / project presentation by Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Sandberger (director of the Brahms Institute at the MHL, 10:16 and 34:42) / project presentation by Dr. Fabian Bergener (project collaborator, 23:18) / music by Johannes Brahms and Theodor Fürchtegott Kirchner played by Professors Konrad Elser (piano, 04:30) and Ulf Tischbirek (cello, 20:33 and 37:58) For the first time more than 12,600 manuscripts, prints, photographs, programme notes and unique memorabilia from the institute's collection have been brought together in a digital book and can be viewed online at www.brahms-institut.de from the 1st of July 2020.
