Often times, when people drive forklifts, they don't take into consideration that they are driving a very dangerous machine. According to OSHA, there are an average of 85-100 forklift fatalities a year in North America alone. That is bad enough, but also consider that there are an additional 35,000 major injuries (requiring hospitalization) and you will gain a new respect for the machines. In our years of experience, we thought we had seen every accident possible on a forklift. Then YouTube came along. Here is a compilation of videos found that we now use in our safety training course.
