This place is very large with many amenities. We had a great site, and enjoyed the pool, the lake and the amazing sunsets. There are so many options for camping (see details below) many sites have water, 30amp hook ups, and sewer, FYI, check the site to make sure they have what you need. There are 7 loops each with a different feel. We stayed in section X and that was the most beautiful but the WIFI was not good. There is a clubhouse that is great and there is WIF that is ok (not good enough for us put video up). We stayed for a week and were able to relax and enjoy our time. There is a small convince store, deli, and gas station a few miles away. We took a ride to Nevada City, CA, 45 minutes away and it was well worth the trip (see the video we created) Interest in Thousand Trails we recommend you speak with a sales rep. At the bottom of the hill a large parking lot to detach and/or park your toad. Amenities (check that all amenities are available) Clubhouse - large fireplace and nice couches Shuffleboard Swimming Pool - only opened certain time of the year Fishing Creek / Lake / Canal / River / Ocean Frontage WiFi - available in I loop and a cell phone parking area RV Storage Pet Friendly Restaurant - not opened at this time Store - check hours Nature / Hiking Trails Mini Golf Restroom/Shower Facilities - some are more functional than others Laundry Facilities - works on credit card or an APP is avail.
