Easy Eggless Bakery-Style Biscuits | Crispy & Melt-in-Mouth “Learn how to make crispy, bakery-style Eggless Easy Biscuits at home with simple ingredients. These biscuits are crunchy on the outside, soft inside, and stay fresh for 3 weeks! Perfect for tea-time or snack time.” 📝 Ingredients (Makes ~20 biscuits, 300 g total) (each cookies 15g-18g ) Sunflower oil – 80 g (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) (or Butter 100g) Powdered sugar – 70 g (½ cup) Vanilla essence – 1 tsp Maida (all-purpose flour) – 110 g (¾ cup + 2 tbsp) Cornflour – 20 g (2½ tbsp) Milk powder – 15 g (2 tbsp) Baking powder – 2 g (½ tsp) Salt – 1 pinch Milk – 30 ml (2 tbsp) 👩🍳 Method Mix oil & sugar – In a bowl, whisk sunflower oil and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla essence. Combine dry ingredients – mix together maida, cornflour, milk powder, baking powder, and salt. Form dough – Add dry mixture to the oil mixture. Pour in milk and knead into a soft dough. Shape – Dust the table with flour, roll out the dough with a rolling pin .Cut with a round cookie cutter. Bake – Place biscuits on a greased or lined baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 160℃ for 15–18 minutes. (Do not overbake).
