Get exact decal layer placement & sizing in the Gran Turismo 7 Livery Editor! Layered decals featured are a really cool Teyana Taylor visual created by BigeasyNZ. Big thanks, Bigeasy! Additional note: On a layered decal that expands or adds a border or background in later layers, it may be a good idea to first place a layer that shows most of that outer border first, to get a sense of where the whole decal will line up on the vehicle. Then you can delete the reference layer after, move it up to where it belongs in the layering, or just leave it hidden underneath. As you can see here, I guessed on the position with a 1st layer that was more of a partial image, and the end result was slightly off center on the hood. This video was just for size, scale, skew, & image alignment demonstration purposes, but hours in on an intricate livery, this could be a frustrating mistake. fortunately, this duplicate & replace method allows you to copy & replace very quickly once you've gotten a rhythm of it, if you need to re-do a layered decal. We should all always be learning in life, and I realized my error & learned this after I had already posted the video.
