Town tour of Linköping, Sweden |4K|

New Country! This was my first trip to Sweden. I was here for an international cardiovascular research meeting at Linköping University and as usual I try to squeeze in a few extra adventures. I took this walk before the meeting started as I arrived on Easter Sunday. The town was all decorated for easter with beautiful wreaths and flower arrangements. It was a beautiful day, which was lucky as pretty much the rest of the week there was snow and blizzard conditions! I started at the canal and made my way through town, taking in a few squares along the way to the castle and cathedral. I did go in the cathedral it dates to the 13th century! I also got lucky and stumbled into a beautiful Easter service and enjoyed a trio singing in Swedish. I’ll try and get that up as a short soon. If you enjoyed this town leave me a like and a comment.
