So im here with Milan in my 5th year, I've tried to build the Trequartista attacking tactics on my last three years in here, mostly failure. But after ups and down, this is the best one I've created. The tactics: One striker as Trequartista This is not easy because FM 19 is dominated by Pressing Forward and not so much striker that have capability for being a Trequartista. But if you want to put striker/midfielder in this role, the most important atribute will be the 'off the ball'. You also may want to check their acceleration and finishing if you want them contribute much on the goalscoring. And one trick to make sure you put the right one is their playing style. The best trequartista likely to have 'intelligent' playing style. Because as Trequartista, the player need to be able to read enemy formation and movement, and set his pace according to that. Back to tactics AM: to fill the void of positition up front when the Trq roaming. 2 attacking winger, you can choose between IF or Winger but my suggestion is to put them as At instruction. 1 AP to add penetration from behind And 1 BBM or BWM with support duty to get the ball fast when out in possession. I also use 2 ball playing defender and 2 wingback, because with this tactics, we will push the defensive line and line of engagement at the highest. Now you can see the tactical style. This is the result of whole season. Of course you will find few lose match, because this is a very attacking formation. But when it click, your team can reach 5-6-7 goals per game.
