When I first moved to Connecticut back in May of 2015 Bartaco was one of the very first restaurants my new neighbors and friends took me to. It was love at first bite. The atmosphere, décor and energy the restaurant gives off made me think this was a one-off local restaurant, but there are really 23 of them!
