The first time we ever boondocked was just outside Sedona, Arizona in our first month on the road in 2018. Since then we have learned how to find some of the best dry camping the US has to offer - much of which is near Sedona. This time we camped on BLM land near Rim Rock, just a short 30 minute drive from Sedona. This incredible camping spot was in the middle of some often-overlooked hikes and historical areas.
