In this video I will discuss the most important tip for air force basic training. I was recently hanging around some MTI's at Lackland AFB, and they said if they could have it their way, they'd wish all their trainees came physically prepared before air force basic training. Apparently, trainees are don't do the most important thing prior to air force basic training, and that's working out. This tip is a Pro tip I am trying to stress to you. Please please please, take this seriously and start doing some kind of PT prior to basic training. It will make yours and your MTI's experience so much better.
