Very unsafe on block but the amplify version has push back but its still unsafe. Amplified version has a krushing blow. Quantum Slice (bf3) High projectile that can also anti air. Can toss it out and see how the opponent reacts or do it in anticipation to a jump from a distance. Its high and can be ducked but the 2nd hit is a mid and knocks back. Divine Quantum Slice (bf3) The air version of QS but gives Rain mobility in the air allowing him to zip across the screen from left to right or in a angle like classic dive kicks. Can be double amplified for safety. Top tier movement on the ground and in the air. Top Normals: 1 - Main high string starter. Good for staggering the opponent. 2 - f3. Jumping advancing high to mid knock down kick that is -1 on block 3 - f4. Kicks a tidal wave up with a lot of range and hit box. Knocks down and -4 on block 4 - b4. Safe sweep with push back. 12 frame start up 5 - b1. Rain's go to fast mid up close. The follow up is a safe knock down that can switch sides. 6 - f2. Advancing mid with a gapless follow up into a low sweep. Safe on block with push back 7 - d3. Long range with a disjointed hit box for a d3. Safe on block 8 - b2. Short range string but the nature of it and follow ups allow it to be used for a stagger. 9 - b3. Low starter with a safe ender. Because of the speed of the ender you can potentially stagger using it however the goal is to push them to the corner and this move does that WELL. 10 - 4/3. Both of these normals are great for spacing in the footsie game as well as for anti airing. Krushing Blows: Grab f2, 1+3 (punish) (Air) Diving Quantum Slice Amplified Hydroplane & amplified version (After being delayed for a short time) Basic Combo ender after Geyser Kick amplify: f2, 1+3, 4 2, 4, 2, 1+3 Anti Airs: 1,2, 3, 4, b1 Cons: Down normals and jump ins are kind of wack in range outside of d3 but they get the job done. I'm aware of the geyser anti air move. Its a 9 frame anti air but I have normals that do the same thing just when you do geyser AA it puts you RIGHT next to them. Great for setting up his hydroplane but I don't want to side switch from anti air all the time.
