The Mövenpick Hotel in the heart of Hobart City is a hotel I can highly recommend. Clean and well laid out rooms, and the views were fantastic. Just a few blocks from the waterfront, and only a few steps away from the main shopping areas, including many big name stores, plus supermarkets. The Chocolate Hour in the afternoon is something that cannot be missed, with plates constantly being replaced with new sweet offerings (complimentary for guests). Tesoro Restaurant was amazing, on both days for Breakfast and Dinner. The full breakfast includes the Buffet and a hot option, on the first day I had Eggs Benedict, the second day, the Tesoro Special (chorizo, fennel seeds, red onion, basil, spinach, scrambled egg, sourdough, crispy kale). Dinner was sensational, The King Prawns, Pizza, Buffalo Mozzarella and Dry Aged Sirloin were all home runs.
