I took both Donut and Teddy for their penultimate training sessions before we start our first events of the season. The sessions were short, sweet, and all about fine-tuning the details rather than doing anything big. Both horses felt incredible and it’s such a nice feeling going into the season feeling prepared and on the same page. We also chat through the plan for upcoming event entries, how I’m deciding where to run them first, and the final pieces of the puzzle before we leave the start box.
