A while ago I decided to update this video for the 60th anniversary of the start of The Beatles' 1964 US Tour in Daly City at the Cow Palace. I spent the last couple of days working on this, finished it right on time and just right as the old video hit 1 million views, thanks everyone! Downloads for both the old and new file will be available at the bottom of the description. There's quite a few things to mention about this update so I'll list them off: -Footage ONLY from US/Canada shows were used in this edit -Banter between the songs was filled with some crowd shots and actual banter footage instead of photos -4k upgrade of a 16mm reel of the Hollywood Bowl was used -Upgrade for Cleveland show -Upgrade for Detroit show -Upgrade for Washington show -Footage from Baltimore that surfaced after the original video used in a few spots -Generally improved edits here and there, lol -Audio remains unchanged It's remarkable that pretty much the first half of the concert is 99% complete with all the footage that is available, the issues with filling in start with Can't But Me Love (which is still mostly complete) and get worse with I Want To Hold Your Hand, where I still relied mostly on the Ed Sullivan performances, which honestly, given the date and year it's pretty fitting because one, that song was what broke America for the band, and two, the Ed Sullivan performances are iconic but that goes without saying, as much as I wish there was more than a few seconds of footage of the band playing it on this tour.
