Bypass training: suturing 0.5mm with 12.0 needle

Training for microsurgery and supermicrosurgery. My first attempt at 0.5mm bypass when I was PGY5 (04/04/2020). Here, I performed an end-to-side anastomosis. Some notes/tips: 1. The OR Zeiss microscope was used, the magnification was not high enough. 2. To perform less than 1 mm anastomosis I will need smaller micro scissors and definitely a lot more practice. 3. I am not sure whether using a needle driver and sticking to the right-hand technique is better than using forceps and both hands (suturing always from donor to graft).
