From viral food trends to silent, glowing streets at night, this day was packed with contrast. We start by hunting down the fluffiest pancakes in town, check into a traditional Japanese home, and explore the city's most famous places including Kanazawa Castle, - including eating actual GOLD! ✨ But the highlight? Exploring the famous Samurai & the tea house district i.e. Higashi Chaya, at night, completely empty, with nothing but divine lighting on the wooden structures. You won't believe how peaceful it was.
