Okina's similarly tricky, but ultimately not too bad. The biggest thing is she loves non-directional attacks with moves coming from all over (especially behind you). They all tend to have means of making your life easier, so long as you know what’s coming ahead of time and employ them you'll generally have an easier time against her.
