Just a video of a solo completion of the Grandmaster Nightfall The Ordeal this week in The Corrupted, being done on console as often requested or remarked on the channel. Details below. 00:00 - Loadout & Load-in / Entrance 02:57 - Elevator 08:46 - After Elevator 13:34 - Ogre Bosses 17:11 - The Staircase 21:46 - Before Boss 24:35 - Boss Fight Phase 1 30:10 - Boss Transition Area 33:44 - Boss Fight Phase 2 An addition to the other "Do It On Console" video I did a few weeks ago with Proving Grounds, as I still tend to get a few comments about not being able to do it on console even after that, or somehow people thinking that it was fake and on PC for whatever reason, and the most ridiculous comment about using a mouse and keyboard on console somehow (despite how bad my aim and movement was). So I wanted to tackle the other difficult GM this season while doing it on console, and to give people another look at my absolutely terrible controller aim lol. As I said on the other video: this was done on PS5. If there's any doubt, I hovered over my name multiple times to show the platform is on PlayStation. Difficulty-wise, nothing changes. Pretty much anything you can do on PC can be done on console in Destiny. All that's different is my terrible aim on controller showing, but the Nightfalls are easy enough at this point that it doesn't matter. As long as you know how to approach these, it doesn't matter what you're using. You'll still be able to get it done, even if you're as uncomfortable with the peripherals as I obviously was here. The only wipes I had were at the beginning and the elevator, and it was only a few due to fumbling button presses. After that it was fairly smooth sailing despite being awkward. Slower than the other run I posted obviously, but it still gets the job done. If anybody is wanting to try out Solo GMs, this season is by far the best to get into it.
