In 2020, Lynparza (olaparib) and Rubraca (rucaparib), two chemotherapy like drugs that come in pill form, were FDA approved for the treatment of advanced prostate cancer in men with a BRCA mutation (they may also be useful in men with other mutations, e.g. ATM).
