When you walk into Disney's California Adventure Park the first notable icon is the Carthay Circle Restaurant. Located at the end of Buena Vista Street, this signature table service restaurant is designed to match the architecture and look of the famous Carthay Circle Theater. This theater is where Walt Disney, and what came to be known as The Walt Disney Company, experienced their first monumental achievement with the successful premier of Snow White and the 7 Dwarves. The interior of the restaurant doesn't stay true to the recreation of the theater but still captures the elegance of the design. Throughout the restaurant, classic photographs of Walt Disney and his monumental successes adorn the walls. We had been trying to dine at this restaurant for years and finally had the opportunity our last trip to Disneyland. We go over the theme, cuisine, decor, atmosphere, service and everything The Carthay Circle restaurant has to offer.
