As I trying to work on my video editing skills and learning to make new content, I thought that a video from the hike that started it all for Levi and I would be fun to make. I was able to track down some really old footage from that hike. And no the video isn't with professional equipment or any such matter. But the message behind the trip rings true today. On this hike, I learned an important lesson in facing my fear of heights. The Chimney Tops trail is challenging. (Yeah, I thought it was the hardest...boy did I have a lot in store for me in the coming years!) But the end, well, it's a little spooky. I'll just say that. On the top, I talk a little about what I learned during the last 200 feet of the hike. It's a lesson I needed to hear today as I am facing some really challenging times in my own life. We all have mountains to climb. We can't stop because we are afraid! Music: http://www.bensound.com/royalty-free-...
