Day 120 (4 months) of Mirtazapine! The most consistent I have been with SSRIs & it has been rough😵‍💫

So I have now been on Mirtazapine 30mg for 120 days (4 months) and it has been far from easy!! I have stopped losing weight when I was previously watching the pounds drop off!😪🙈 I am very lethargic and tired most days and just getting by! My anxiety has gotten worst in the last few weeks! I have gone 74 of those days sober and previously I only had 4 pints of Guinness with my medication, though I admit I shouldn't have drank any alcohol at all!! Energy levels have been low and mornings are exceptionally difficult at the moment! I have many reminders of why I stopped taking SSRIs in the past and the never-ending list of negative side-effects!! Mirtazapine is not the first SSRI I have taken! In fact, it is the fourth! I don't want to keep chopping and changing with these drugs that are no doubt messing up my brain while I come on and off them!
