I HOPE YOU LIKE WORDS, BECAUSE YOU NEED TO READ THIS FIRST: In August 2006, I had a level design itch I wanted to scratch, so I remade a Sonic 2006 level in 2D. I occasionally revisited the project to tweak and add stuff. This lasted 3-5 months. In January of 2007, I lost the source code to the project in a HDD crash, right when I was getting close to release. In February of 2011, I finally recovered the unfinished beta. I spent a week fixing up the game to get it in to a functional state so I could release it. I am not entirely proud of what is here, nor is it as finished and as polished as I would have liked.
