I wonder, if the ancient Egyptians had the tech to make psytrance what would it have sounded like.... Maybe something like this? :-D Enjoy with headphones and a large screen in a dark room. Made using Reason 13. Video is of a Periwinkle flower undergoing some transformations into another realm and back :-). These flowers have an almost perfect pentagon at their centre from which 5 petals fan out looking like a ship propeller. The number 5 appears frequently in nature, for example in flower petals, starfish, number of digits on your hands and feet, the 5-fold symmetry of apples (just to name a few). It also appears in the golden ratio (1+sqrt(5) )/2 which itself appears in the spiral seed pattern on some flowers (e.g. Sunflower). Is this just random, or is it in many instances of DNA by design (once good code is written, why not just copy/paste it into subsequent designs?). This is my alternative explanation for evolution. The sharing of so much DNA across so many life forms on Earth isn't because they evolved from a randomly appearing common ancestor, but because they share a common code base from whoever coded it way back. The first code instance did not write itself. For example if you've designed a system for transporting oxygen to power cells (blood), and tested it thoroughly, why not use it in many variations of your designs? Hence all respiring animals have blood and the same systems needed to support and make use of it. Once a painter formulates a palette that represents their unique style, they use the same palette repeatedly to make a vast number of different paintings, but the signature of the artist is embedded in their work in the form of signature brushstrokes and particular paint mixtures. As it is with works of art and programmers, so it is with the Universe and God. The code of God is all around you and within you. You are a program existing inside a larger program, a rules-based system called the Universe. This is a simple concept and requires no religion, just observation of what is all around you at every scale, from nano to astronomical. We are inside a dynamic painting of God.
